Description
What's NameHistoryLite?
NameHistoryLite uses Mojang's profile API to view a player's past usernames, regardless of whether or not the player has joined before. I made it because I wanted something without the bells and whistles. That and I like coding things myself. 😛
Why this one?
NHL doesn't have any files (config or data), it's purely based on Mojang's API. Whether that's what you want or not is up to you.
Is there a rate limit?
Unfortunately, yes. Mojang limits the amount of queries that can be made to their profile API per IP address. At the time of writing, the rate limit is 600 requests every 10 minutes. Exceeding the rate limit will cause a "Player <name> doesn't exist" for every query made. I recommend only giving permission to these commands to trusted users, as normal players could abuse it and drive up your uses.
Commands & Permissions
Two very simple ones:
/nameHistory (Player)
Shows a player's name history : namehistory.view
/getUUID (Player)
Gets a player's UUID : namehistory.uuid
Source?
Sure, it's right here.
Screenshots?
It's pretty fancy looking, let's be honest. 😉
