Commands
/pr 1 [command] [playerName] – Adds a player to the bannedPlayer's config file and if the player types the command that is restricted the command is blocked from usage
/pr 2 [command] [playerName] – Removes a player to the bannedPlayer's config file and if the player types the command they can now use it again
Permissions
pr.use -Allows you to use the command /pr
Config File(s)
bannedPlayers – contains all names and commands for the banned
tempPlayers – will soon contain all names and commands plus time for the TempBanned
config – will soon contain messages for both admin and restricted
