What is SpmodAPI?
SpmodAPI is a gag based technical mod with some other features.
SpmodAPI is also not only a mod, that's why the API ending. It’s a mod & an API so the user can decide what they want.

Now, to go into the features of SpmodAPI. Most of them are nature based.

The most basic thing you can start with is by getting some hemp seeds to grow hemp plants.
You may have already seen that from other mods, but this one throws you into a completely opposite direction.
Hemp Crop
Hemp is not only something you can use to make fibre or string.
No, it is actually something what you can make into food, utilities, decoration, and also drugs. It is all your choice.
It depends on what you want. Either you go the druggy route and get insanely addicted or you use the RPG elements of it, and heal your team members with the Hemp Oil, or use some soothing Hemp Cream.

Another aspect of SpmodAPI is Animal Gas (Methane). Or any of the other names you have for it.
AnimalGasTank
You create Animal Gas by Killing animals or putting them into a range of an Animal Chunkloader. And no, it’s not actually chunkloader.
If they are close enough to a chunkloader they start producing the Animal Gas, simply for lag reduction purposes.
After you produced the Animal Gas you can contain it in tanks, portable fluid storage, and you can collect it with various Tools, Pumps or a Valves.
Animal Gas is a really good Fuel Source and can be used also as a realistic decoration with a Valve (Camp Fire)

Since SpmodAPI adds these things there are also some machines.
There is the Squeezing Compressor, which is a Compressor, Squeezer & Mixer and it uses RF or EU to run, the MobMachine which is an easy way (over time) to gain Mob Drops if you do not want to go scout the world to find and kill mobs, and the Exp Creater for all your junk.

But that is not everything! We have some cobblestone utilities, some gears which have a couple more crafting steps but have a bigger output then BC Gears, an Exp storage system (portable and static), and some Signs which you can place and write on…
Hemp Signs

So this describes SpmodAPI. Sadly there is no real documentation of it but if you need in game help or something like that, then Press Control in GUIs or read the ToolTips that will help you too.

Spotlights:

Thanks to Bear989Sr for doing a little Mod Spotlight.

IMPORTANT Note.

If you haveing SpmodAPI with Project E installed and your modpack is crashing with this kind of error:

at net.minecraft.item.ItemStack.func_77960_j(ItemStack.java:217) ~[add.class:?]

Then go into the SpmodAPI config and shut down the: "Override Glowstone"

That is not a bug that happens to everyone. Its a weird Bug that happens only in special cases which arent discovered yet.

Turning that config off will fix it. So no worries there
