Description
The story of a player who attempts to resurrect the long lost arcane art – Thaumaturgy.
A wild fire devoured the world. Everything in its way were burned down.
That includes Thaumonomicon, the absolute scripture of Thaumaturgy, and archmage Azanor himself.
Year 2017, Several months after the catastrophe.
The world has recovered well from the disaster. Some lived the way they used to, while the others headed for new lives.
Since then, Thaumaturgy, the art of working wonders, has been long forgotten.
Somewhere in the world, there is one copy of Thaumonomicon that is left untouched. A young blockhead became its new owner.
And they swore, to restore the former glory of Thaumaturgy – to become the last thaumaturge of all past history, and the first of today.
Now buckle up, prepare for the wildest adventure, and witness the worst Thaumcraft fanfic ever written!
This mod adds some foods, recipes and tools that are (somewhat) handy. Some might be too good, but look at the cost. Even including your soul.
To start the mod, craft a Potatonomicon Vol.1 with a book and a potato.
Follow the instructions, be careful, and have fun.
This is my second minecraft mod.
My first mod is, of course, Thaumic Potatoes for 1.8.9.
I did the first one for some lul but now…now I'm not so sure. Took me a whole day to write the story down.
I am still very new to modding, or even coding itself. So expect a lot of bugs, useless items, broken features and a million hotfixes every single day.
If you see any bugs, report them to me so I can fix them quickly.
There is new oregen in this mod, so if you applied the mod to existing worlds, you will need to travel to undiscovered chunks to mine the new ores.
Translations are welcome. I might do the zh_TW translation by myself (Yes, I'm Taiwanese) when I want to, but your helps would be appreciated.
This mod is still in very early development, so expect things to be a little unbalanced. It may get fixed overtime, and maybe not.
