Vanilla Expansions

Vanilla Expansion is a mod which aims to expand vanilla. By this I mean that the mod will make existing biomes more interesting and natural, adding more variety and exploration, and adding much requested biomes. Also this mod adds many mobs and animals which all have uses unlike the polar bear and bat.

FAQ:

1. What is this mod about? In short, Vanilla Expansion will upgrade all the vanilla biomes, add more animals, blocks and useful items that are related to each biome.
2. How many people are working on this mod? This mod is a solo project by me: TurtyWurty! However I still intend to be very active with this mod and get updates out quite often.
3. Will there be any pets in this mod? Yes, there will be a few. At the time of me typing this, there isnt any! But by release there will probably be at least one!
4. Your biomes are not spawning in my world, is this a bug? This is not a bug! This is intentional. My biomes spawn in a custom world type that I have created named: 'Vanilla Expansion'. Originally I was going to have them spawn in the overworld, but I have found out that causes lot's of compatibility issues. In the future I may add a config for you to allow them in the overworld however.
5. Why can I only find the desert biome? This is because I am working my way up. I am starting with the desert biome and then I am going to do the plains biome. As it is in alpha at the moment. By the time of release or maybe late beta, there should be at least 1 new thing/upgrade for every vanilla biome as well as the possibility of a requested biome. Sorry for any inconvenience that this causes. But I am unable to do all biomes straight away as that would require a lot, lot more work than I can physically handle.
