Description
Advanced Lootable Weapons is a weapons mod made with two ideas in mind: That you should be able to play either lightly modded or heavily modded and get the same experience, so ALW is highly customizable using the config! The other idea that drove me to make this mod was realism, so there has been much effort put forth to make sure the weapons and armors are as realistic as they get, with custom reach, small damage randomizations from the forging process, armor weight, and armor protection values based off of their weight!
The ALW Wiki is available here, Github here

This mod is currently only available for Minecraft 1.12.x but is currently being ported to 1.16.x and 1.18.x!

Weapons
Alw adds 15 new types of weapons, all listed below:
Dagger, Kabutowari, Talwar, Rapier, Mace, Cleaver, Staff, Longsword, Battleaxe, Zweihander, Kodachi, Nodachi, Sabre, Makhaira, and Spear (Which is throwable!)

Getting Started
To start forging weapons, you need the following items:
Jaw Crusher – This block is used to crush feldspar, diorite, and granite into their respective powders, which are used in the forges

Forge – This block is used to heat your tool heads up so forging them doesn’t compromise the quality of the metals

Forge Hammer – When a vanilla anvil is struck, the forging process has begun!

Forging Explanation:
In the forging GUI, there is one button for each weapon, as well as a button for tool rods and a button to “hammer” what’s on the anvil, shown below
The hammer button is the most used button, to increase the stage of all hot tool heads, and to make ingots into hot tool heads.
