What is Advascore?

Advascore is a simple plugin that scores players by advancements. Next to each player's name in the player list, each player's number of completed advancements is displayed. Here's a player list screenshot, where FinnV3 has completed six advancements and Steve has not completed any:

player list with advancment counts

As players complete advancements, scores will be updated in this list.

Installation

Just like most plugins, add Advascore.jar to your plugins folder and start your server to enable Advascore. To disable Advascore, remove Advascore.jar.

Advascore requires no configuration and has no commands and no permissions. If you have ideas for configuration/commands/permissions that you would find useful, please post an issue.

Granting all Advancements

Advancements may not make sense for operators or players on your server who are in creative mode. If you'd like to grant these players all advancements, you can use the following (vanilla Minecraft) command:

/advancement grant <player> everything

bStats

I use bStats to collect basic statistics about how people are using Advascore. These statistics are fairly basic, unintrusive, and publicly available. If you'd like to opt-out, look at the bStats/config.yml file and set enabled: false.
