Alternate Artifice

Here's how to use this mod:

First, you must create an Artificer's Table, the new crafting block added into this mod.

Then, you must acquire both an ultra rare gem, Topaz, found deep at the bottom of the world, and 20 levels of experience.

Once you have done all this, you can use these, a (preferably already enchanted) tool/armor of your choice, and a mundane item to give the tool a new special enchant.

Shift + Right Click on the table with an empty hand to open the inventory.

Right click on the table with the tool you want to enchant to enchant the item.

Tools can have only one artificer's enchantment on them, so choose carefully, as you will be locked into your decision!

Enchantments:

-Bow + Cactus = Splintershot: Deals bonus damage in an explosion around an enemy that has been hit.

-Bow + String = Netshot: Covers the hit enemy in cobwebs to slow them down.

-Sword or Axe + Feather = Sending: Swinging the weapon sends flying through the air in the cardinal direction you are looking. (Fall damage mitigation recommended!)

-Sword or Axe + Shears = Executioner: Has a chance to deal percent missing health damage to the enemy. (Great for bossfights!)

-Pickaxe +  Nether Star = Ore Infuser: Mining Topaz instantly gives you an extra 20 levels.

-Pickaxe + Piston = Bore:  Mine 10 Blocks further than normal!

-Shears + Sapling = Apple Picker: Harvesting leaves has a chance to drop an apple.

-Shears + Wheat Seeds = Scything: Harvesting grass has a chance to drop wheat.

-Fishing Rod + Emerald = Netting: Gain a boost of luck when casting.

-Fishing Rod + Blaze Rod = Wild Enchants: Gives the fishing rod a litany of mundane enchants. (Knockback 2, Sharpness 5, Fire Aspect 2)

-Hoe + Bone = Enricher: Tilling grass and dirt gives a chance to drop a bone block.

-Hoe + Dirt = Tiller: Tills in a 3×3 area.

-Shovel + Diamond = Treasure Finder: Digging dirt gives you a chance at finding vanilla ore drops.

-Shovel + Emerald = Pathmaker: Digging dirt gives you a very small chance at finding a Nether Star.

-Boots + Netherrack = Cobblestep: Frost walker but for lava!

-Boots + Iron Block = Heavy: You are immune to levitation.

-Boots + Feather = Leap of Faith: You are immune to fall damage.

-Leggings + Piston = Bionics: You gain extra jump height.

-Leggings + Wool = Comfortable Fit: You gain a speed boost.

-Chestplate + Blaze Powder = Hot Metal: Enemies are set on fire upon hitting you.

-Chestplate + Snowball = Cold Metal: Enemies are slowed upon hitting you.

-Helmet + Glowstone = Arcane Headlamp: Interacting with the environment in dark caves will permanently light up the immediate area around you.

-Helmet + Shulker Shell = Balloon: Jumping while sneaking will give you the levitation effect for a short period of time.
