Animated Determination Totem

What does this Resourcepack do?
— It changes the Vanilla Totem Texture to the Animated Save Star from Undertale, also known as “Determination”.

— It changes the Sound when the Totem Activates to Toby's “mus_f_saved.ogg”
— It changes the Item name to “Determination”

— It changes the Achievement "Postmortal" to “You're filled with Determination” and the description “Use a Totem of Undying to cheat death” to “Use your Determination to revive your Soul”
— It changes the Subtitle “Totem Activates” to “Soul Revives”
— That's all.

So, there are a few things I want to say before you guys spam the comments.
If anyone has done this before, I'm sorry, but I didn't steal this Idea, I came up with it myself.

This Resourcepack is made for 1.17, but surely works just fine with future versions, as long as Mojang doesn't change any Folder Structures.
