AppleSkin Classic Alternative Resource Pack Patch

As an avid user of both the Classic Alternative resource pack and the AppleSkin mod, I found it frustrating that the UI of the AppleSkin mod work well with the hunger bar of the Classic Alternative resource pack.  I tried many times to find a patch for this but ended up empty handed on every occasion so I ended up making a fix to the problem myself.  I'm sure there are other folks with the same issue so I'm posting my solution here.

IMPORTANT:

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE EARLIEST FILE IT DOES LITERALLY NOTHING.  IT WAS UPLOADED BY ACCIDENT AND I DONT KNOW HOW TO TAKE IT DOWN.

This should work on most pre 1.15 versions of Minecraft but I'm yet to test this.

I made none of the assets in this pack, I only modified already existing ones.  All credit goes to the owners of each respective pack/mod.
