What is it?
To start, this plugin is to AUTO-BAN! If the owner is not online and someone gets banned unfairly, it is NOT my responsibility! Also, this plugin AUTO-BANS, meaning that they will get warns etc.

Things to Note:
This plugin requires Essentials and is still has a lot of errors!
Example:
Player: Donut gets banned with IP address 10.10.10.10
Player: Donut123 joins: system recognizes IP 10.10.10.10 without the owner banning the IP! Records the data and bans the new settings.
Player: Donut1234: joins. System recognizes Donut123 and kicks Donut1234 immediately!
This is a development! Things can get messed up!
