About

Vanilla+ Collections is a resource pack that improves textures which I felt like needed it. It tries to follow JAPPA’s style and is fully compatible with other resource packs. It also makes use of connected textures (CTM) and custom item textures (CIT) for stuff like variant and connected textures, overlays and randomized textures.

As of right now, the pack features many block and item retextures, variant axolotl buckets, randomized brick and bookshelf textures, and some GUI improvements.

This pack is going to keep getting updated in the near future, so more stuff is yet to come.

Optional dependencies

Some features may need OptiFine but I’d recommend using CIT Resewn and Continuity. Resource pack is tested only with CIT Resewn and Continuity.

Recommendations

This pack complements any other vanilla-friendly 16x resource packs really well. Tested with and inspired by Stay True (my pack replaces some of the concepts Stay True has that I disliked the execution of, like bookshelf textures). Shaders used in screenshots: Complementary.
