Description
This mod allows players to set spawns by just right-clicking beds without needing to sleep in it, similar to Bedrock. This does not allow respawning in the nether or end, but does allow respawn in any other dimension. This respawn point also moves with Warpdrive ships.
Known issues: as I cannot figure out how to make sure the bed is still intact, if the bed is destroyed, the spawn point will stay in the same spot. Unless one of you guys knows code and knows how to fix this, just leave a comment. (Fixed in version 1.1)
This is only compatible with forge 1.12.2 but if you guys want compatibility with other versions let me know!
Update 1: added 1.14.4 support!
Update 2: fixes the bug of your bed not resetting your spawn point when you break your bed.
Update 3: optimized mod by not scanning extra blocks in the area.
How it works: when a bed is right-clicked, your spawn point will be saved to the bed. It will send you a chat and play a sound (an iron door closing) to show that it saved. In version 1.1 (for 1.12.2) when you break your bed, it will reset your spawn point and send you a message.
Next version made: I will make 1.14.4 v2 in a week or two but I'm lazy.
