BetterItems

Ever wanted to have more control over an item? Hate having only Item ID and damage? Then use Better Items!
You can change the Item's: Name, enchantments, dye, Lore (The place where enchantments, dye, ect are stored).
Also, You can change the Skull's Skin!
Commands (you can also do /betteritems, and /betteritem). [] is optional, <> is required:

• BIHead:
  • description: Change the Skin of the Head
  • usage: /bihead <Name>
  • permission: BetterItems.head
• BIDye:
  • description: Dye the Item in hand
  • usage: /bidye <Hex Color>
  • permission: BetterItems.dye
• BIEnch:
  • description: Enchant the Item in hand
  • usage: /biench <Enchant ID> <Level>
  • permission: BetterItems.ench
• BILore:
  • description: Add a Lore to the Item in hand.
  • usage: /bilore <Lore>
  • permission: BetterItems.lore
• BIName:
  • description: Changes the name of the Item in hand.
  • usage: /biname <Name>
  • permission: BetterItems.name
• BIHelp:
  • description: Displays help for BetterItems
  • usage: /bihelp [level]
  • permission: BetterItems.help
