Description

Share this:

Bookshop 1.4 (for 1.5.2)

(yes we updated :p)

Bookshop is a mod allowing to share ingame written books. It interacts with a database in order to allow downloading or uploading books directly from Minecraft. The website contains an online book editor to let you edit your books even after signing them ! Allowing, among other things, to edit the book's author username and to use a syntax and characters unallowed by the ingame book editor.
Bookshop is a Bukkit plugin allowing to share ingame written books.

The plugin

The plugin first goal is to interact with an online database, providing a few commands to do so:

    Book management:

  • /bookshop download|dl <id>
  • /bookshop upload|up <token> [username]
  • /bookshop wiki <item name> // EXPERIMENTAL !
    Book research:

  • /bookshop list [username]
  • /bookshop lastest
  • /bookshop best|top
  • /bookshop random
  • /bookshop search <title>

Update 1.4:
Due to another plugin also named bookshop, I decided not to rename mine, because it would be too much work as I want it to have the same name as my website. I instead renamed the configuration file from config.yml to bookshopOnlineConfig.yml and to allow admins to edit the command name in the config file to whatever you like.
