BreakBlocker

BreakBlocker is a fabric client-side mod that prevents you from breaking specific blocks of your choice. 

This mod is decently customizable, configurable, and has a client-side command system for changing things in-game. BreakBlocker works on singleplayer, and multiplayer. It can be used for many things, such as mining amethyst geodes, preventing yourself from breaking chests, or modpacks. If you would like to learn more about how to use this mod, refer to the wiki.
