JEI for crafting recipes (Custom GUI Recipes in the image tab because JEI doesn't show them–sorry…)

Disclaimer:

Although MCreator can be really awesome, there are some bridges I just can't cross. Due to this, I'll be listing some difficulties I had during the creation of the mod that you might experience. It's not ideal, but my hands are tied.

 - JEI cannot display the recipes in the custom interfaces, though the recipes in the crafting table will still display.

 - Mob animations are limited, which greatly reduces my ability to create super unique creatures.

 - My ability to make potion effects are limited, though I'm doing my best. The flight effect may still be a little finicky.

 - I wanted to make the biomes parents of each other so that they would all spawn together (i.e. Amythest Mountains was a parent of Sapphire Hills which was a parent of Emerald Mounds etc.) but I couldn't get it to work. I edited the source code of the element and added the .setBaseBiome line in the appropriate place. It came up error-free but I couldn't figure out how to format what goes in the parenthesis. I tried (and I'm using Amythest Mountains as an example) "amythest_mountains" "Amythest Mountains" and "buehls_things:amythest_mountains" but nothing worked. If you're reading this and see an obvious error, please comment because I think that this would be really cool if it works.

 

A Message to You!

I'm super open to any ideas that you all have. If you want to see a mob, effect, structure, or something else entirely, please tell me in the comments. If you experience some sort of bug, tell me that too (the spectator-flight glitch existed for a few updates before I found it). I really value your feedback and ideas. This mod is designed to be completely miscellaneous so there aren't any ideas that don't fit in!
