Description

Users will be able to fly for a certain time, then will have to wait to fly again.

/cfly ( to enable / disable the fly )
/cfly help ( shows how much time is left )
/cfly reload ( Reload the config )
/cfly buy ( add econ ( it needs vault ) 1.3.01 – A , / it doesn't returns any message )

Config Option / Traducction

In translate :
- you can change the value if you have a other better phrase

In option:

miutesToReload : the time between check players. (if you have a lot of players(ej:50players) set a 30 minutes or more)
MinutesToAllowFly: minutes the user can fly.

MinutesToDenyFly: minutes the user has to wait to fly again

To complete the plugin:

Ampliate

To ampliate the plugin:
- ~~advise if the player has little time ( if the reload config = 3 minutes -> avise if the player has less than 3 minutes time )~~
- ~~Colour on text.~~
- ~~buy by the Time fly, or reduces the ca't fly time, by game money~~
- clean code, and upload the description and config (add the buy time)
