Basic Information
ChatFeelings is a plugin that allows players to hug, slap, poke, and high five other players through commands in the chat. It's lightweight, easy to use, completely configurable, and supports 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, and 1.16.
TIP: To give players permissions to all emotions use the node chatfeelings.all

This plugin uses an update checker that checks spigotmc.org to see if there is a new version available for download. ChatFeelings also uses Metrics to send anonymous info about server specifications to help benefit and prolong the development of ChatFeelings. You may disable these Metrics in your config in addition to the update checking.
