ChatTemplate

This plugin allows you to create a chat template; a template is needed to write words in the chat fastly. How to install it:
1. Download it.
2. Put its file in the plugins folder.
3. Restart the server and create chat templates.

Commands:
/ct add <template> <text>: Adds a template. To make a space, use the symbol (_).
/ct edit <template> <text>: Edits a template. To make a space, use the symbol (_).
/ct remove <template>: Removes a template.
/ct list: Shows the list of all templates.
/ct about: Shows about this plugin.
/ct reload: Reloads ChatTemplate.

Permissions:
chattemplate.template.add – /ct add <template> <text>
chattemplate.template.edit – /ct edit <template> <text>
chattemplate.template.remove – /ct remove <template>
chattemplate.reload – /ct reload

How to write a template:
To write a template, is needed to write in chat: {{TemplateName}}; for example: {{Example}}.
