Has there ever been a time where you found enchanted golden apples to be far too powerful, knowing that they may be consumed continuously, limited only by the amount on hand? Well I seek to better balance player-versus-player combat in Minecraft by adding a cooldown to enchanted golden apples. No longer will he/she with the most God Apples reign supreme on the battlefield! Note: This will not affect normal golden apples!

To get started, simply install the plugin into your plugins directory, and run the server. To make changes, stop the server and edit the configuration file which will be created in the CombatApples folder in your plugins directory. There are no commands. Any player without the bypass permission node shown below will have a cooldown (two minutes by default) on enchanted golden apples.

Usage

• Install the plugin into your server's plugin directory.
• Start the server.
• If you'd like to change the default cooldown period and enable/disable messages, do so in the generated config file, then reload/restart the server for the changes to take effect.
• Enjoy a more balanced PvP environment!
