THIS PLUGIN WORKS WITH 1.6.4 AND ABOVE
CommandConfig
CommandConfig is the plugin that gets commands(your choice from the config) and blocks them permission other plugins cant
block everything.Some plugins give your player a default permission for a command and you dont want it well you can not take
it off.

Installation:
- Download File
- Drop into plugin folder
- restart server
- Go into CommandConfig folder
- Edit config
- Restart Server again

block.op: Gives permissions to bypass the commands you put in config
