With ConfigEXP, you can configurable how much EXP you want each of the mobs to drop. ConfigEXP has been updated to include all of the mobs including the new Ocelot and Cat (excludes Spider Jockey because of their unknown ID). ConfigEXP is a fun, lightweight plugin that all server owners will love!
