the mod starts when you craft an Slicing Knife, that can be crafted using 1x stick and x1 iron ingot.
now, to make a sushi, you need to pick up rice by breaking grass and slice some salmon by "crafting" it with 1x slicing knife and 1 salmon. the next step is picking up kelps and putting all theese ingredients in the crafting table, so now you have an delicious sushi!

you can make fried eggs by putting an egg into an smoker, you can slice potatos to recieve raw french fries and can fry then using a smoker too.
