Requires CraftTweaker.
Drop it into the Scripts folder and it'll work after the game is reloaded
For the 1.7.10 version, you can type /mt reload instead of having to restart the game
Recipe requires 4 Diamond Blocks, 4 Gold Blocks and 1 Emerald Block (ore dict is supported)
Should support every Minecraft version from 1.6.4 to 1.16.X
