Create Confectionery Recipe Fix

Made a small datapack that fixes what seems like oversights from the create confectionery dev. It currently lets you empty all chocolate and caramel buckets into the drain, cut gingerbread and gingerbread bricks into respectable stairs and slabs using a saw, and melt caramel blocks, stairs and slabs into caramel fluid.
