Description
Adds connected textures for Optifine and Fabric.
There is two different resource packs : one for Optifine, that you just need to download and use as a normal resource pack, with optifine, and one for Fabric. For Fabric, you need to install CTMF (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/ctm-fabric) and Indium (https://github.com/comp500/Indium), if you are using sodium (a fabric optimisation mod)
!! For the moderators, i can't upload images from my computer or my phone !! Well i don't know but once i clicked on upload, the upload button turn to 'disabled' and it stay like this for ever
I will try to upload the images in a week and a half because i am not at home right now, and the connection is really bad
