Server side is supported. You can install this on the server and not need to have it installed on the client.

Features

(Your vanilla experience will be further enhanced thanks to these features)

• Equip Netherite items (Sword, Axe, Pickaxe, Shovel, Hoe and Block) in your offhand slot (press F), then use the command /trigger darkninja and gain various status effects.
  
• Each positive status effect is accompanied by negative effects so choose carefully!
• Each status effect has its own cooldown timer
• You can alternate items in offhand to gain status effect combos but make sure to use the trigger command each time
• See the below chart for the positive and negative status effects you will get with each item:
