Description
Adds various entries to the F3 debug pie as well as some performance improvements.

Performance:
- Caches static debug menu items such as java version, cpu, gpu, etc.
- Skips vignette darkness calculation if vignette is disabled.
Other: If root.updateDisplay is taking a high percentage of the debug pie, an explanation can be found on the github readme.md.
