Info about the shader:

This shader simulates the color blindness named Deuteranopia.

The shader is an Optifine shader, not a resourcepack shader!

Install it by firstly installing Optifine, and then putting it into your shaderpacks folder in the .minecaft folder.

It doesn’t colour the UI, but everything else should be correct according to the source I used:
