Thank you to Apace for making Calio and Apoli both of which made this mod possible.

Die Your Way is a mod that allows for data driven death messages via json files in a datapack.

How it works?:

In your data file you specify a damage condition and/or entity condition, you also specify any death messages you wish to add (in json format).

The chat will then instead send this generated death message upon a player's death if all specified conditions are met by the damage source and the player respectively.
