Description
Adds chunk loaders.
Server owners can make chunk loaders need fuel, and can configure the types of fuel allowed.
Also adds goggles that show the current chunk you're in, and goggles that show nearby chunk loaders. There's a configuration option to change this back to a keybind.
Also allows for a per-player chunk loading limit.
