Would you like to allow your players to unenchant thier items? Now you can!

Commands
/disenchant item- unenchants the item in your hand.
Permissions
disenchant.use – lets you use the command,but not actually disenchant them
disenchant.continue – this will allow the player to disenchant thier item that is in hand.
In the future I might just make it one permission,but haven't decided.
