Door Logic Fix

Ever notice how when you open a door or trapdoor, the hinges or sides sometimes aren't consistent?

This resource pack fixes that issue by modifying the template models for doors and trapdoors. That means it should work with any resource pack of any resolution that doesn't already have custom models for them. Hooray! 

Don't get it? Pay close attention to the highlighted sides of each door and you'll see what I mean.

You may notice more changes than just the highlighted areas. They're intentional, and they make more sense if you see them in-game.
