Basically, what this PlugIn does, it adds a simple Operator(Permissions) Chat to your server!
Very simple to use, just enter a command, and if you are having the Permission, or if you are operator, you joined the OP-Only chat!
If you joined it, your chat will automacilly displayed for all operators or users, which are having the permission!

– /opchat : Basic OPChat Command. Ingame description!
– /opchat start : Joins the OPChat
– /opchat leave : Leaves the OPChat
– /oc [message] : Send a Quick Message into the OPChat

- – opchat.start = Grant's access to "opchat start"
- – opchat.leave = Grant's access to "opchat leave"
- – opchat.read = Grant's access to read the OPChat
- – opchat.quickchat = Grant's access to quickchat via "oc [message]*
