(And yes, SoraZodia_ and SoraZodia are the same person)

You will be able to eat them by first shifting (or whatever key you set your sneak key to) then right-clicking with a empty hand on the desired animal. Be careful, eating huge chucks of raw animal meat can run risk of dangerous side effects.

An adult sheep will restores 10 hunger and a baby sheep will restore 4 hunger. They both have a 2 in 4 chance of giving you a hunger effect (1 minute and 8 second) and a 1 in 4 chance to give you both hunger AND poison effect (1 minute and 8 second, enough to bring you to half a heart). This also applies to cows.

For Pigs, an adult will restore 8 hunger while a baby will restore 4 hunger. There will be a 1 in 4 chance you will get the poison and hunger effect will the same time duration.(WARNING: There's a bug for the pig that if you eat them with a saddle on, you won't get the saddle back)

For Chickens, eating the adult will be the same as eating a raw chicken (since you are given its entire body when it's killed) and eating the baby will restore half of what the raw chicken would have restored. You will only get a hunger effect with chances same as the raw chicken's chances.

Lampchops: Obtained by killing sheeps, Raw Lampchops will restore 2 hunger while Cooked Lampchops will restore 4.
