Description
As it stands, Forge will load a server's mods before Minecraft will check for the EULA agreement. This can often bury the EULA agreement message underneath mod errors and/or other junk – especially when running large modpacks. This is frustrating for those who are new to running modded servers and cannot locate the problem, or for those who simply forget to agree to the EULA when starting up a modded server (and end up waiting longer than necessary for their server to start).
So this fix will check for the EULA as soon as Minecraft starts loading. The agreement notification is properly displayed without any other junk getting in the way.
