Description
When a player kills another player, they are given one level. If the player has the permission 'expkill.donor.<some number>' they will receive '<some number>' of levels.
So if the killer has the permission: 'expkill.donor.3' the killer receives three levels per kill.
This plugin was made on request, which is why it is so basic. If there's any additions you think I should make, please suggest them.
