Fast Redstone Utilities

While redstone is powerful, many fundamental logical components require multiple ticks to operate (see the XOR gate on the minecraft wiki for an example) – even just amplifying a redstone signal takes a redstone tick at minimum. With this mod, many of the fundamental components can operate in a single redstone tick, allowing for much faster and significantly more compact redstone machines.
