Feline Origin Rebalance

This mod alters the feline origin from the origins mod to add the following changes:

• when eating any fish you gain a 1.5 times bonus to their food value
• when in rain or touching water you gain a stacking debuff of weakness and slowness
• you can dig through stone
• you can't dig through deepslate

because i apparently need a in game screenshot of the datapack working so here is me eating a fish while mining some stone with the feline origin selected while having the debuff from sitting in a puddle:
