Frozen Slime

This mod requires Issun's Paintbox to function

Adds frictionless frozen slime block, slab and stairs

NOTE: due to minecraft's intresting approach to handling slippy blocks, bottom slabs and and the bottom step of stairs are as slippy as the block placed below them, so for these blocks to be properly frictionless, they need a frozen slime block placed blow them too
