You start your world in a strange pod, where everything is confusing, as long you explore, you discover that in the old days the planet you are living, was being studied by a alien race that for some reason got extingued.
The only thing that remains are the debris of alien sattelite, with a lot of history logs and blueprints to then make high-tech machines.
