Why GoodOpBadOp?

I think you should use GoodOpBadOp because it will stop op's from oping, deoping, kicking, banning, modifying the whitelist, ect.
plus, it has a pun! (Good Cop Bad Cop)

What is GoodOpBadOp?

GoodOpBadOp basicly, stops operators or the Bad, General or Good op lists from doing certain things like oping others or kicking players

What's up with the config?

I haven't put in place a config modifier yet so I'll post when the config changes until then but that shouldn't happen often or even at all
