GT Spartan

GT Spartan is an addon for antimatter api and soartan's weaponry adding gt version of spartan's weapons. This should be compatible with any gt addon for antimatter that adds materials, so for example Gregtech Intergalactical and GT4 Reimagined should both work with this with no issues. Do note however that I have not yet implemented support for throwing weapons that stack or the boomerang or a couple other items, here is a list of everything I have done so far:

I do plan to implement the others, but I would prefer to wait for Spartan's weaponry to fix some of the issues I've noticed with how some tools work like the throwing tools.
