Gunslingers

Gunslingers is a simple plugin that transforms some tools into powerful projectile launchers! Currently, there are only gun versions of gold and diamond tools. Descriptions of each are below;

Diamond Tools

Diamond Pickaxe – 4 Arrow Burst Shot

• Fires four arrows in quick succession.
• Takes one stick per arrow fired.

Diamond Axe – 8-Gauge Shotgun

• Fires up to eight arrows at once with low accuracy in a shotgun-like blast.
• Takes up to eight flint per shot.
• Knockback effect on target and user.

Diamond Sword – Minigun

• Shoots arrows very fast once a tick while block is held down.
• Takes 1 seed per arrow fired – 20 seeds per second.
• Has small amount of recoil.

Diamond Shovel – Rocket Launcher

• Fires slow shot that explodes on impact.
• Uses 1 TNT per left click.

Diamond Hoe – Sniper Rifle

• Fires a single very powerful, very fast arrow on left click.
• Zooms in and stops the player on right click.
• Takes one iron ingot per shot.

Gold Tools

Golden Pickaxe – Sweeping Air Strike

• Rains a large amount of arrows in a downpour traveling in the direction the player looks.
• Takes 20 sugarcane per second, up to 128 total.

Golden Axe – Mortar Strike

• Rains a large amount of arrows out of the sky in a flurry on the location the player points at.
• Takes 20 feathers per second, up to 128 total.

Golden Sword – Flamethrower

• Breathes fire very quickly while holding right click.
• Set enemies on fire.
• Sets blocks on fire.
• Does not function during rain.
• Takes 20 glowstone dust per second.

Golden Shovel – C4

• Left click places C4 arrows, right click detonates.
• Takes 16 gunpowder for each C4 placed.
• C4 arrows explode on their own 60 seconds after being placed.

Golden Hoe – Poison Dart Gun

• Fires a very fast but very weak shot.
• Causes Poison II on hit for 5 seconds on target.
• Takes one gold ingot per shot.

Other Weapons

Blaze Rods – Incendiary Mine

• Uses 8 blaze rods when right clicked on the ground
• Creates a stationary mine on the block clicked on
• Sets fire to nearby area when approached
• Can be disarmed by destroying their host block before they activate.

Firework Charge – Proximity Mine

• Uses 8 firework charges when right clicked on the ground
• Creates a stationary mine on the block clicked on
• Explodes when approached
• Can be disarmed by destroying their host block before they activate.

Commands

• /togglegunsling [player]
  • Toggles this plugin on or off for the player using it.
  • If an argument is given and the user is an op, then it disables the plugin for the targeted player.

Tips

• If you're having trouble using the plugin, try typing /togglegunsling.

Permissions

• gunslingers – Allows use of all gunslingers weapons
• gunslingers.shotgun – Allows the use of the diamond axe as a weapon
• gunslingers.burst – Allows the use of the diamond pickaxe as a weapon
• gunslingers.sniper – Allows the use of the diamond hoe as a weapon
• gunslingers.launcher – Allows the use of the diamond shovel as a weapon
• gunslingers.dart – Allows the use of the golden hoe as a weapon
• gunslingers.mortar – Allows the use of the golden axe as a weapon
• gunslingers.airstrike – Allows the use of the golden pickaxe as a weapon
• gunslingers.minigun – Allows the use of the diamond sword as a weapon
• gunslingers.cfour – Allows the use of the golden shovel as a weapon
• gunslingers.flamethrower – Allows the use of the golden sword as a weapon
• gunslingers.fire_mine – Allows the use of blaze rods as weapons
• gunslingers.prox_mine – Allows the use of firework charges as weapons

Feasible Future Features

• Guns for every single tool.

Known Bugs

• Permissions are generally non-functioning, just keep them disabled in the config
