  Worn off message: '&4Haste has been disabled!'on ware off(DEV)
  No perms message: '&C You need the permission haste.use to do this!' no perms
  Cooldown: 15 Cooldown time(Seconds)
  Time Active: 15 Time active(Seconds)
  Strength: 3 Effect Power
