Configuration

item:

1. The Time in Seconds of the cooldown #
   cooldown: 120
   messages:
   arguments: '&4Invalid Syntax&8: /hat [reload]'
   hashelmet: '&4Error you already have a helmet!'
   nopermission: '&4You do not have permission to use this command!'
2. The message sent when you execute from console! #
   notplayer: '&4You are not a player!'
   reload: '&4You have reloaded the config.yml!'
   sethat: '&aYou have set your hat!'
