Summary
The High-Orbit Ion Cannon Project (HOIC for short) is a Bukkit plugin that grants any person with sufficient permissions the ability to rain down a beam of destruction that tunnels from the core of the planet outwards. Once the fire command has been given, a laser beam appears on the location you wish to destroy and moments later, all hell breaks loose as a giant explosion tears through the earth.
How to Use
To use the cannon, you can use the following commands:

| /hoic <x> <y> | Fires laser at a remote coordinate specified in the command. Note: Does not have an abort function. |

| /hoic look | Fires laser at block user is looking at. Offers an abort feature. Note: Has a max range of 200 blocks. |

| /hoic abort | Aborts the last laser you fired with /hoic look. Note: Must be entered within 8 seconds of launch command (configurable). |
