Honey Piston

This data pack was made for CommandIL's "Making Your Ideas" series and was suggested by Yaringg.

Installation

1. Find your Minecraft folder (Usually at C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft)
2. Go into the "saves" folder and then into your world's folder
3. In your world folder, go to the datapacks folder and in it put the Honey Piston Datapack file
4. Now go out of the saves folder and go in to the "resourcepacks" folder
5. Inside put the Honey Piston Resourcepack file

6. In Minecraft activate the Resourcepack through the options and enter your world

Summary

This pack adds a new type of piston to Minecraft that lets you push and pull mobs as well as tile entities (like chests and dispensers)

The crafting recipe of the honey piston is like so:

(Note that because of custom recipe limitations, this recipe gives back 2 golden shovels. When put in your inventory the shovels will turn into the piston)

You can also get the honey piston in creative by using this command:

/function honey_piston:blocks/honey_piston/give

The honey piston works just like a sticky piston. The only difference is that it has the ability to pull and push mobs and tile entities.
