Description
Welcome to my new, and first plugin! With this plugin, you can lookup a players info. Like Opped, IP, and last played. Please note that this is my first plugin and some bugs CAN be spotted. Here are some bugs I have found right now that I need to fix:

1. Does not work in console.
2. You need to input a player's username to check their information, or else the command will not work.
3. For some people, the permissions will be for defaults. But this is normal, due to the default settings.
4. Config file is not creating.

Permissions:
info.lookup – Grants permission to look at people's information.
Commands:
/ILookAt – Put in a username and then it shows you their information like, IP, Last Played, and Opped or not. Please note that this plugin is being developed more by the time you read this.
